If you are not satisfied with your treatment or the smile projection after receiving your 3D Preview, we will deduct only the cost of the impression kit (as it cannot be refunded once used due to hygiene reasons) and refund the remaining full amount back to you.

Our expert Dentists and Orthodontists will support you throughout your journey to ensure you get the results promised. If, at the end of your treatment, the expected results are not fully achieved, we will provide free refinement aligners to perfect your smile.

If our Dentists determine that you are not a suitable candidate for treatment, we will refund everything you have paid minus the impression kit cost, as the kit cannot be refunded once opened or used for hygiene reasons.

Once a treatment plan is approved, refunds are no longer possible, but we can replace any aligners that have a manufacturing or fitting issue.
